These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Let's Ride LLC ("Let's Ride," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs on your account. Notify us immediately at support@letsrideoffroad.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Let's Ride a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it. We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or restrict User Content that violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
Off-road riding, overlanding, and related activities involve inherent risks, including risk of injury or death. The Services provide information and tools but do not guarantee the safety of any trail, route, location, or activity. You are solely responsible for your decisions, your equipment, your skill level, and your compliance with land-use rules, permits, closures, and applicable laws. Trail and location information is community-contributed and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Paid memberships and business plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Giveaway entries earned through the Services have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire. Eligibility, sponsor terms, and applicable laws govern each giveaway. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the rewards program, with reasonable notice where required.
If you operate a business profile on the Services, you are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for honoring bookings, promotions, and other commitments you make through the Services. We are not a party to any transaction between a business and a rider.
The Services, excluding User Content, are owned by Let's Ride and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
The Services may include or link to third-party services (e.g., Mapbox, Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET'S RIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Let's Ride and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], [State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
